oh man, im hungry now, everything at the elysian is great…i definitely recommend the avocado/chicken/herb mayo/bacon club with seasoned fries for dinner

Not a fan of Elysian brunch- they charge you for refills on fountain drinks there- think they are the only place in Hoboken that still does that!

the eggs benny looks delicious… i’ll have to try it for my next brunch!

personally, i’m a huge fan of the eggs provencial at THE HOBOKEN COMPANY (washington & 5th street)… it’s eggs benny with smoked salmon instead of ham and sauted spinach! YUM!

The fries are delicious but the breakfast Lyonnaise Potatoes are amazing. mmmmm

I’m beginning to question your choice in sidekicks. The photog and models you had, as well as the first brunch sidekick all looked to be fun/sane. Patrick, not so much.
