Before O'neals, I have never dealt with the massive undertaking of a traditional Irish Breakfast. A popular dish raved across the foodie community as a plate piled-high with a full fry-up of delectable ingredients packed with distinct Irish flavors. And when it comes to those flavors, O'nieals makes sure they get it right each time, with most of their main ingredients delivered by a company specializing in fresh Irish gourmet foods. So if you're looking for an Irish restaurant that's got a nice classy, homey feel, and the food that will make you bust out that Irish stepdance, visit O'nieals and try this classic dish.

Whether you're recovering from a hangover or have the munchies for a delicious breakfast sandwich, do yourself a favor and head over to Hoboken's hidden gem, Backyard Bistro and order their infamous sandwich known as the Vermonster. This decadent sandwich is packed with classic breakfast ingredients, but what really makes this sandwich stand out is its delicious, toasted pretzel bread. When I heard rave reviews from the owner about this popular choice among locals, especially after a night of drunken debauchery, I had to give the sandwich a try. And when you have other customers sitting around you glaring at your Vermonster, telling their waiter "I'll have whatever he got", you know you made the right choice. Buuuuurp! Excuse me.

With black beans as good as Havana and a Sunday brunch divine enough to skip church, La Isla Restaurant offers a mix of authentic Cuban and Nuevo Latino cuisines to make you jump off your seat and dance to their fast beats. But what really got my taste buds excited to boogie down was their Stuffed French Toast. After indulging on some amazing French Toast dishes at a few brunch hot spots such as Anthony David's and Amanda's, I thought I had already tasted the best of its kind. But what La Isla offers is some of the best slices of heaven ever to land in one's belly. Warning: this dish may contain explosive burst of flavorful gooey goodness.

Sometimes, brunch will make me real "crabby". And when I say "crabby", I refer to a personal state in which my taste buds rely solely on crab cakes to function normally. So when a Hoboken resident told me about Buskers' brunch and their amazing Crab Cake Benedict, I literally sped walk downtown that Saturday afternoon and inhaled every crumb off my plate. Crab Cake in combination with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce was a dish that these taste buds have never experienced, but I'll start off my review by telling you this - I was addicted after the first bite.

I'm a big fan of the breakfast sandwich. It's fast, simple and gives me the freedom to get messy with my bare hands. Usually, I'll run over to a nearby Italian deli and munch on a tasty egg and cheese sandwich to help cure my traditional Sunday hangover. But after hearing rave reviews from a few Hobokenites about Court Street's breakfast sandwich, I had to check it out for myself. And what really tickled my taste buds was the name of the sandwich itself: "The Biggest Egg, Cheese and Bacon Croissant Sandwich You've Ever Seen!". And yes, believe it or not, that's literally what it's called on the menu.

After inhaling the amazing French Toast at Anthony David's, I scavenged across the Mile Square in search for other French Toast cuisines that would not only satisfy this new brunch obsession, but to see if any restaurants offered the same level of deliciousness. I stopped by Amanda's Restaurant, asseemed to be getting a lot of Twitter buzz for their brunch and it just so happened that I ran into Croissant French Toast while I was there. Excuse me while I take a moment of silence to remember the heavenly taste.

Once in a while during brunch, I'll sneak in a cold refreshing glass of that classic Mimosa or Bloody Mary. But let's face it fellas. You're out with some cute ladies for brunch and the last thing you want to do is kill your manhood by ordering a Mimosa. Worry no more. On my recent quest to find the Mile Square's best brunches, some Hobokenites helped me discover a drink that instantly redeemed myself. Some men say they've even seen their chest hair growing immediately right after drinking. Well, not really. But the drink is called the Manmosas and its pretty damn good.
